Jessie is a lifelong resident of Pulaski. She grew up on a dairy farm and homestead cultivating a love for animals, gardening and food. She is a mother of two and a local small business owner. Jessie spent the last decade as a public school art teacher and has now transitioned into owning her own art studio, Bridge Street Makers in Pulaski. Jessie is the vice president of PROP (Preservation Revitalization of Pulaski) She is a PACS alum who graduated in 2007. She has a Bachelors in Fine Arts Degree from The Sage Colleges (2011) and Masters Degree in Art Education from Sage Graduate School in Albany, NY (2012). Jessie has been managing the Pulaski Farmers Market since 2024. Jessie would like to continue to build up her local community and improve things for the local residents, families & small businesses.
Vice President: Lori Lawton
Lori Lawton, a Pulaski graduate, is a retired Special Education teacher of 32 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Elementary Education at Nazareth College and a Masters Degree in Special Education at Tennessee State University. She completed the last 20 years of her tenure in the Pulaski Central School District before her retirement in 2024. During her time at Pulaski, she was the Marching Band Assistant and spent several years as the yearbook advisor and Middle school play director. In her free time, she performed with several ensembles and continues to cultivate her passion for music and entertainment for the community by singing and playing harmonica with the group December Shyne and teaching line dancing lessons. Although she resides in Lacona, she is proud of her Pulaski roots.

Bob retired from Lockheed Martin. His career included assignments in systems engineering, overseas field services, and finance and business operations program planning. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Bob is also the secretary on the PROP (Preservation Revitalization of Pulaski) board.
Jack Jennings
Jack Jennings is a retired band director from Pulaski, New York, with a 34-year career in music education, including 22 years teaching instrumental music in the Pulaski Central School District before retiring in 2022. He earned an associate degree in music from Onondaga Community College, a bachelor’s degree in music from SUNY Potsdam, and a master’s degree in education from SUNY Oswego. In addition to his work as an educator, Jack remains an active performer, playing keyboard and drums with December Shyne, KEX,Whitney Road, Quest, and the Clayton Community Band, continuing his lifelong commitment to music and community engagement.

Tim Nicholson
Tim grew up in Pulaski, NY playing outdoors, participating in sports and working part time. Many of his summers were spent on two different dairy farms milking cows, cultivating corn, harvesting hay, assisting in butchering livestock and shoveling nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. After graduating from PACS in 1982, he attended colleges at Canton Ag/Tech, Syracuse University, and Oswego State where he received certificate degrees, an engineering degree and eventually his permanent NYS teaching certification. In 2016, after working 30 years for Trane, Carrier Transicold, BOCES in Mexico and Liverpool, he retired and started a family run organic farm (CNY Organic Farms LLC) in Central Square, NY. He has commercially grown hops, mushrooms, red peppers, basil, chives, pumpkins, bunching onions and many other row crops now concentrating on outdoor, log-grown shiitake mushrooms, garlic, asparagus and herbs. Tim and his wife Mindy have participated as vendors at the Pulaski Farmers market since 2023.
